Meet Our Founder
Dazhuna Reed
Dazhuna Reed is the founder of I Am Goddess, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through wellness, personal growth, and community connection. Inspired by her passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives, she created I Am Goddess to provide opportunities for education, support, and personal development.
Her commitment to community service began in 2019 through the Water for Flint 2 initiative, where she traveled to Flint, Michigan, to support residents and contribute to efforts addressing the city’s water crisis. That experience deepened her passion for service and inspired her to become more involved in creating positive change within underserved communities.
Today, through I Am Goddess, Dazhuna leads programs and events focused on mental health awareness, wellness, leadership, and community engagement. Her mission is to create spaces where women feel supported, empowered, and equipped to thrive in every area of their lives.
